Shabbat

Shabbat is the time each week when the Jewish community at Binghamton University comes together to relax and celebrate in a warm, welcoming, and pluralistic atmosphere.

Every week Hillel hosts student led Reform and Conservative services followed by a FREE festive Shabbat dinner with over 200 students in the University Union.

Holidays

Holidays mark the changing of the seasons and the flow of the year for the Jewish people and are observed and celebrated in Hillel at Binghamton's pluralistic community. We strive to make sure that the needs of all Jewish students are met and that everyone has a place to observe the different holidays through the year.
